Launched in 2019, The Other House is a joint venture between partners London Central Portfolio Ltd (LCP) and Stichting Depositary APG Strategic Real Estate Pool (APG). The first location opened in South Kensington in summer 2022 to great acclaim after significant investment. The Other House Covent Garden is planned to open in 2024 and The Other House Belgravia to follow. Whilst the initial focus will be on prime central London, the venture will roll out globally, catering for the aspirational business and leisure traveller.

The Other House is looking for a dynamic and energetic Night Manager to support our operation during the nighttime hours. Supervising our team of HouseJacks (Guest Services Assistants) on shift, the Night Manager's role is to be a leader with passion for delivering impeccable experiences across front of house areas, serving a mix of residents, members, and guests into the late hours. This individual will have a strong background in front of house or reception operations, ideally at night. They will be flexible and detailed, with effective communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent service. We are looking for a creative individual who can deliver entrepreneurial front of house operations with heavy focus on sustainability and cutting-edge technology.

The Night Manager reports into the Front of House Manager. The function as the leader for their shift at night whilst being an ambassador for front of house; working in collaboration with all departments to deliver the overall guest journey.

Demonstrate current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area and packages available for our residents and be able to sell these effectively.

Assists in managing the complete preparation of all services for arriving residents and VIPs, according to The Other House service standards. Maintains contact with VIPs and regular residents during their stay and farewells them upon their departure.

Handles any resident's issues and complaints, and resolves them in a timely manner, ensuring that the guest leaves The Other House thrilled. Provide compensation according to the severity of the situation and the complaint.
