When not on inspection or meeting with colleagues, you will be able to work from home.
You will already have extensive leadership experience and significant achievement in children’s social care. You will join an experienced team and engage in high-level professional discussion that can influence national policy. At Ofsted, there will be many opportunities to continue your professional development and enhance your career. Becoming an HMI could provide an excellent stepping stone to becoming an experienced and highly skilled social care inspector and/or a senior leader in Ofsted or back in the sector later in your career.
