Moving house is always going to be an incredibly daunting experience. came highly recommended by a friend who had a brilliant experience with them. I was instantly impressed with the friendlyness yet very professional approach that I received. Simon in particular was beyond brilliant with his communication and particularly listening to what we needed from them. All the ups and downs were dealt with professionally and certainly with a very personal touch. Calls were always returned, updates were regular, information shared and explained leading to a prompt and efficient sale of our home. Appointments were dealt with through the agent and were always well managed and communicated. At no point ever did I feel that I was just part of a process to get through the system but was treated by all the team as a very valuable and important customer. I do not really consider writing reviews but feel that I would be doing all the team at in Crawley a huge disservice by not highlighting their incredible professionalism and support that was offered to me. Would recommend them without hesitation and would like to thank them for a job outstandingly well done!
