I have worked for Essential Health for 5 years now and I must say they are the best company I have ever worked for.
After working in childcare for 12 years I had considered a job in health and social care for some time but never found a company that stood out to me, someone who actually cared about their clients and listened to the carers that are with them all the time. At Essential Health they have been supportive since day one whilst I was on furlough at another job, quickly taking the plunge to come across to care full time, I haven't looked back since. I am now undertaking my Level 3 in social care and have clients I go to regularly, giving them the continuity and security they need with familiar faces going to them every day. So far I have been with Essential Health for almost a year and a half and I have enjoyed every bit of it.
